The Traveldoo Support Team is here to resolve the problems on the Traveldoo products for administrators & reseller of the solution. If you are approved by our team, you can send a request on our knowledge base.

The form contains this fields
- Organization: If you handle many projects, thanks to specify the project involved
- Qualification: Type of request
- Subject: Subject of your request, the solution propose automatically some articles regarding to your subject so please be the most explicit on your problem
- Description: Brief description which summarizes the issue, please add examples or every information related to this problem.
- Severity: Severity of the request, The Traveldoo support team may change it according to rules. Again, thanks to respect this format:

You can also add attachments to your requests
When you have entered all the needed information’s, you can valid with the button 'Submit", you will be automatically redirected to you open Case.
