You can access to your Cases on the knowledge base by clicking on the “My activities” link
There are 3 view available:
- My Requests : See all requests send with the current account
- Request in CC : List of request where this account is CC
- Request of Projects: Request linked to a projects where you belong
You can access to Case information by clicking on the subject
This page will also show you a quick state of your relations with Traveldoo Support Team. This datas are calculated for you. For example :
