Here's what needs to happen for each supported GDS when setting up a new TMC:
Amadeus
- The TMC provides Traveldoo with the credentials to access WBS (Amadeus Web Services).
- The TMC asks Amadeus to activate branch access between the Traveldoo Office ID and the customer one, and vice versa.
- The TMC asks Amadeus to provide Traveldoo with read and write access to:
- - all the queues used by the customer (temporary, main, agency and any others)
- - profiles (if required)
- - PNRs
- For any new customer Office ID:
- - activate Master Pricer (if required)
Galileo
- The TMC provides Traveldoo with the PCC (and ideally the Master GTID) that will be used. Traveldoo requests the HAP identifier from Travelport.
- Traveldoo asks Travelport to activate branch access between the Traveldoo PCC and the customer one, and vice versa.
- The TMC asks Travelport to provide Traveldoo with read and write access to:
- - all the queues used by the customer (temporary, main, agency and any others)
- - profiles (if required)
- - PNRs
Sabre
- The TMC contacts Sabre and asks them to create a new iPCC, and to allow Traveldoo to use the Sabre web service with this iPCC.
- The TMC provides Traveldoo with the credentials to access Sabre Web Services (iPCC, username and password).
- The TMC asks Sabre to activate branch access between the Traveldoo Office ID and the customer one, and vice versa.
- The TMC asks Sabre to provide Traveldoo with read and write access to:
- - all the queues used by the customer (temporary, main, agency and any others)
- - profiles (if required)
- - PNRs
- For any new customer PCC:
- - activate the Price Quote Record
- - activate the Auto-arrange Segment
- - activate Special Rate Hotel in the HIC table of the PCC
- - activate Bargain Finder Max
- - activate Branded Fares
- - the content PCC must have at least 100 itineraries configured when retrieving results for an Air search
