For each trip request matching the specified range and status, the audit data extracted includes the following (one line is generated for each change of status for a given trip):
- trip details (name, identifier, status and status date)
- traveller details (name, identifier, username and email)
- details of user who altered the trip status (name, identifier, username, email and role)
