You can add as many cards to your profile as you need. Note that, for some reservations, your card is charged immediately on booking; this is indicated on the screen before you book.
- To display the credit card details form:
- Click the My Profile tab in the top navigation bar.
- In the Payment and Delivery section, click Credit cards, then click Add a credit card.
- Fill in the form as shown in the table below.
- Click Save.
|Type of credit card||(required) Select the card issuing company from the list.|
|Card number||(required) Enter the card number.|
|Expiry date||(required) Enter the card expiry date in the format indicated.|
|Card description||Optionally enter further information to identify the card.|
|Category||Select the card type: Personal or Corporate.|
|Debit Type||(Corporate cards only) Choose the bank account type to which expenses will be debited: Employee or Company. Expenses debited on an employee bank account may be reimbursable to the employee. Depending on your company settings, you might be required to report and justify these expenses.|
|First/Last Name||(required) Enter the cardholder first and last names.|
