You can choose to receive a reminder to add details of trips to your calendar at booking time. In addition to the standard confirmation email, you'll get an invitation to add the journey to your calendar. You receive one invitation per trip segment (outbound flight, hotel stay, return flight).
The system administrator must enable this feature for you before you can use it.
To do so:
- On your My Profile tab, under Security and Rights, click Notification.
- Check the box labelled "I agree to receive by email an invitation to add my trips to my calendar."
- Click Save changes.
You can also add a trip to your calendar by means of the "add to my calendar" link on the My Selection tab.
