If you receive an email saying that an approver has requested the modification of your booking, you should first look at the end of the email to see if the approver has given a reason for the request.
To modify the booking:
- Connect to the application.
- On the Home tab, under My travel plans, find the trip with the label Modifications required.
- Click the trip name to open it in the My Selections tab.
- Modify the trip as necessary:
- Depending on the service, you may be able to change the date and time, or you may have to click Remove and add a new one.
- Add any other services if necessary and resubmit.
- If the trip has only one service, or if you want to start again, click Cancel this trip, create a new one and submit it.
