The information that you can enter in your user profile is arranged in categories, as described in the next table.

|Security and Rights||Password setting; people who can arrange trips, submit expense reports and approve travel requests, expense reports and cash advance requests on your behalf; details of your Mobile account; adding trip segments to your calendar.|
|Travel Preferences||Default itinerary (useful if same route is travelled regularly); cabin class, seating and meal preferences for airlines and trains; preferences for hotel rooms and location (near airport, city centre or close to destination); rental car preferences (car size and category).|
