How do I know if I can change my tickets or if they are refundable?
Click on My Trips in the top navigation bar, then click on the name of the trip in question.
Doing so displays the trip in the My Selections tab. Restrictions are indicated in the panel for that part of the trip:
Can I modify or cancel a web-fare booking?
Contact the Customer Service department of the airline you booked on. You will find the contact details in the booking confirmation e-mail the carrier sent you.
Note that web-fare bookings are rarely refundable, and the rules for changes are generally very restrictive.
Where can I find a hotel's cancellation policy?
You can check the cancellation policy associated with the room rate on the search results page, or from the My Trips tab.
Method 1 - Search results
On the hotel listing next to the map or below it, click the Rate details button to see the cancellation policy.
Method 2 - My Trips tab
From the list of travel plans in the My Trips tab, click the trip name to open the trip details in the My Selection tab. Scroll down to the hotel details:
The approval deadline has passed, can I still go on my trip?
If the deadline for approving your trip has passed without the trip being approved, your reservations are automatically cancelled.
You may still be able to take the trip by rebooking and seeking approval again:
- Locate the trip on the My Trips tab and click Book the same itinerary.
- When the itinerary is displayed, click Reserve a new trip from this favorite.
- If necessary, change the departure and arrival dates and click Update the dates below.
- Click Check availability and prices.
New search results are displayed on the My Selection tab. Click Reserve and continue as normal - see Booking a Trip.
