How is the information in my profile used?
Information stored in your profile is used by the search tools, and saves you time during the booking process. Details of loyalty programs, payment and guarantee information, delivery address for paper tickets or ID for e-tickets are automatically filled in on the Reserve screen.
Note that this information is not used for any purposes other than making bookings and (if you use the Expense tool) creating expense reports.
How do I change my password?
Click on My Profile in the top navigation bar. In the Security and Rights section, click Password.
Your current password is already entered. Type your new password twice to avoid mistakes, then click Save changes.
How do I update my default delivery address?
Click on My Profile in the top navigation bar. In the Payment and Delivery section, click Address book.
The company delivery address is set up by your system administrator, and you normally use this as the default delivery address.
If you need to set a different business or home address as your default for deliveries, click Add a business address or Add a home address, fill in the details, select the set this address as my default delivery address check box and click Save.
How do I add a loyalty programme to my profile?
Click on My Profile in the top navigation bar. In the Loyalty Programs and Travel Passes section, click Loyalty programs.
Click the Add button in the appropriate category: frequent flyer, rail frequent traveller, hotel frequent guest or frequent car renter. Fill in the form and click Save.
