On the My Trips tab, you can
- check the status of your reservations
- read, print and email your itineraries
- view your trip history
- manage your favourite trips
- check whether your requests have been approved
Filtering and Sorting the Trip Details
You can use a number of options to customise the trip display:
Trip Menu
You can use the trip menu at the top right of the screen to filter the display of trips by these categories:
- Plans: planned trips (whether approved or not) that have not yet started
- In progress: trips that under way but which have not yet finished
- History: trips that have been completed
- Favourites: trips used as templates for booking frequent travel patterns
Display Criteria
Depending on your company settings and on your access rights, you may be able to use combinable display criteria to view trips such as those for whom you have booking rights, all trips you have planned or booked, upcoming trips of a particular traveller, trips pending approval, or approved trips.
The display criteria operate on trips in the selected trip menu category, and permit further filtering by:
- planning type (i.e. planned by you or others)
- traveller name (your trips, or those of others whose details you can access)
- trip status (not reserved, to be approved etc.)
If the display criteria are enabled, you see a screen like this when you select the My Trips tab:
The display criteria available depend on the category selected in the trip menu:

Set the criteria you want and click View. The options for each one are:
Planning type
- All travel plans: trips for all travellers whose details you can access
- The trips I planned: trips you planned for yourself
Traveller name
- All travellers: trips for all travellers whose details you can access
- All guests: trips for all travellers for whom you are an arranger (selecting this option displays a field where you can enter a specific traveller name - see note)
- traveller: trips for a specified traveller, selected from a list
For guest names, entering at least 2 characters causes the list of corresponding names to be displayed. Names must be entered in the format: FirstName <space> LastName. The "All guests" option is not available in the Favourites category.
Trip status
- All status: all trips, regardless of status
- Not reserved: trips that have been planned but not yet booked
- To be approved: trips that have been submitted for approval
- To modify: trips for which the approver has requested changes before approval can be given
- Approved: trips for which approval has been given
- Tickets issued: approved trips for which tickets have been issued by the travel agency
Sort Criteria
Having filtered trips by trip menu category, and optionally by display criteria, you can sort the results by:
- departure date
- traveller name
- destination
- approval deadline
Actions You Can Perform
When you set the display options, a summary of all the trips corresponding to those options is shown. For a trip in the summary, you can:
- (if shown) create an expense report for this trip - see Creating an Expense Report from a Trip
- book another trip using the same itinerary - see Booking the Same Itinerary
- delete the trip from the summary - see Deleting the Details of a Trip
