The search results for rental cars are displayed on a page consisting of several sections, as shown in the illustration below.
You can change the search criteria and repeat the search using the modification section ().
The KEYS section explains all the different symbols used on the search results.
You can display the results sorted by policy, with the compliant options shown first, or in ascending order of price.
In the search results, a green background indicates a result that complies with your company's travel policy; a brown background indicates a non-compliant option. Selecting a non-compliant option may require you to choose a policy exception code to continue, or you may need to select a different option.
The main features of the results page are:
|Returns to the search page without losing the search criteria.|
|Options to modify the search criteria without leaving the results page.|
|Repeats the search with the modified criteria.|
|Option to display results sorted by policy compliance (default) or price.|
|Space for information messages.|
|Summary details of selected agency.|
|Displays printable details of the agency, including address and business hours, in a separate window.|
|Summary details of the vehicle.|
|Displays printable details of the vehicle (including equipment, picture, and what is and is not included in the price) in a separate window.|
|Adds this vehicle to the My Selection tab (similar to a shopping basket) for booking or cancellation later. See Choosing 'Add to my selection'.|
|Begins the booking process immediately for this vehicle. See Choosing 'Select and reserve'.|
|Indicates an out-of-policy option, for which additional approval may be required.|
