You create an accounting batch from the Export Management tab:
You choose the organisation unit or units for which you want to export the accounting data:
If you choose a parent organisation unit, all of its child organisation units are also associated with the batch.
The organisation unit level that you can access is defined when you are assigned the Export Manager role. Contact your system administrator or Support if you need to arrange this.
Finally, you choose the items you want to include in the batch. These can be expense reports, cash advance requests, invoices or any combination of these.
The procedure for creating a batch is:
- On the Export Management tab, click the Create a batch button.
- On the Create a Batch screen, set the Company field to the organisation unit for which you are creating the export data. Use the + button to add further organisation units.
- Click Choose.
- Select the check boxes next to the items you want to include in the batch.
- Click Choose.
