Expense

Production Date: July 7th

• Per Diem : Fixed an issue where addresses containing a pipe character " | " caused an error when displaying the expense report.
• Mileage : For mileage expenses, approvers did not have any information regarding the distance entered by the user. Now, they will be able to see if this distance is different from the distance calculated by Google.
  If the difference is more than 5%, then a warning message will appear to the approver, displaying the difference between this Google calculated distance and the actual distance:
  
  The Google calculated distance will be recalculated when the expense is saved, to be sure to have the correct values:

• • If the user did not click on the calculation button
  • Or if the user clicked on this calculation button, but then changed the itinerary.

Expense Mobile

• The iOS expense solution is now available in the Czech, Finnish, and Norwegian languages.

Import

Production Date: July 5th

• Additional enhancements to improve the performance of the Import product, especially for the management of large files.
• Security enhancements for the uploader by file module following the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) recommendations.

• With the release of version 2021.18, which contained code enhancements to improve the performance of the User Profile, some bugs were introduced. This new version contains several fixes to improve the overall stability of the application.
