These are the status indicators for an invoice in the "Invoices pending processing" list.

Status Description

Link icon with orange background

Waiting for reconciliation

Link icon with green background

Reconciled

Circle-and-segment icon with orange background

Waiting for approval (further action may be required, e.g. completing cost allocation)

Circle-and-segment icon with green background

One of:

  • Cost allocation completed

  • No mandatory fields, but optional cost allocation fields may be completed

Check mark icon with red background

Disputed

Check mark icon with orange background

Waiting for approval

Check mark icon with green background

Approved

Previous stage not completed
