If you use a personal vehicle (car or motorcycle) on a trip, you need to add its details so that you can claim a mileage allowance.

Click the My Profile tab in the top navigation bar.

In the “Personal Details” section, click Vehicle, then click Add a vehicle.

Fill in the form as shown in the table below.

Click Save.

(optional) The vehicle colour. |
Engine Size |
The size of engine, expressed in either cubic centimetres (CC) or, for France, fiscal power (CV) |
Fuel Type |
The type of fuel: petrol, diesel, electric or hybrid. |
CO2 emissions |
(optional) CO2 emissions of the vehicle |
First registration date |
(optional) Vehicle 1st registration date |
Registration document |
(optional) Ability to upload the vehicle registration document. |
Vehicle status |
Vehicle approval status. If the vehicle approval feature is not used, it will always stay as "not approved". |
