Subscribing to Extraction Reports

Select the (Extraction) icon at the top of the screen.

Select the tab for the type of extraction report (e.g. Expense, Mileage etc.) to which you want to subscribe.

Select the By subscription option.

Optionally, change the default name of the subscription in the Extraction name field.

Choose the report frequency - daily, weekly or monthly.

Select Subscribe.

When you see the message indicating that the subscription has been created, select VIEW SUBSCRIPTIONS to see your current subscriptions, or CLOSE to return to the tab you selected in step 2.

Repeat steps 2 to 7 for any further subscriptions.
