For a specified organization unit in your company, or for all organization units, you can use the Extraction module to retrieve a report that enables you to ensure that:

each trip request followed a normal approval path
-
all actions were performed properly by authorized persons
You can choose either to generate on-demand reports over a specified date range, or you can set up a subscription to generate reports on a regular basis.

You can report on trip requests where the status is one of:

Created |
Trip details have been created, but no reservations have yet been made. |
Booked |
Trip has been reserved and is awaiting approval. |
Approved |
Trip request has been approved by a manager or delegated approver. |
Rejected |
Trip request has been declined by a manager or delegated approver. |
Completed |
Trip has been completed. |
