Section 1 - Adding Your Itinerary

On the first screen, you add details of your departure and return dates and times for the trip, together with arrival and departure dates and times for each destination (dates and times refer to local time):

For country-specific per diems, the screen may contain some additional fields, depending on the statutory rules of the country. For example, some countries apply different rates when a journey involving a national border crossing extends across two adjacent calendar dates. To allow for this, the screen may include a field labelled Border crossing. If the border was crossed before midnight on the day of departure for that leg of the trip, the rate applied is the one for the country you were in at midnight.

Multi-destination trips are supported, for example a trip from Germany to France, then to Spain, finally returning to Germany. Click Add trip to add details of interim destinations.

When Section 1 is complete, click Continue.
