The Reports tab gives you access to over 40 configurable report templates. You can use these templates to create customised reports that analyse and track your company’s travel spending over time, across both online and offline booking channels.
Report names shown with a 
symbol next to them mean that you can export the report content to an Excel file.
The reports provide detailed analysis of booking activity, policy compliance, travel spending, savings, reservation volumes, prices, suppliers, and traveller spending behaviour. The reports are organised into different analysis types, known as domains.

Obtain an overview of reservations ranked by service type (air, rail, hotel, car rental); view detailed reservation reports for each service type. |
Price Analysis |
View the average cost of a trip, air fare, rail fare, hotel night, and car rental; compare air and train fares by city pair and travel class, hotel room rates by destination, and car rental rates by pick-up location; see change in average costs in a time period and by reservation channel (online and offline). |
Savings Analysis |
For air fares, see summary and details of savings made over full published fares by amounts booked; savings missed by not choosing the lowest logical fare; savings over full published fares made by negotiated fares. |
Travellers Analysis |
View traveller rankings by amount spent or number of reservations, and by destination and reservation channel (online and offline); analyse the spending profile for individual travellers. |
Spend Analysis |
See your total travel spend, analysed by service type, region and country; analyse your air and rail spend by carrier and by city pair; your hotel spend by hotel and by destination; your car spend by car rental company and by pick-up location; compare spending by time period and by organisation unit. |
Suppliers Analysis |
Analyse carrier market shares by city pair, hotel market share by destination, and car rental company market shares by pick-up location; see the spend profile for each of your suppliers; compare supplier spending by time period and by organisation unit. |
