If your administrator has configured the Expense Intelligence option for your user profile, you see the (Reporting) icon for the Expense tool at the top of your screen when that tool is active.
You also see these tabs in the top navigation bar:
Dashboard: monitors expense trends and KPIs
Expense Reports: displays a customisable list of expense claims over time
Expenses: displays graphical analyses of expense spending over time
Using the Dashboard tab, you can see at a glance your company’s expense trends, and how your company is performing against its expenditure key performance indicators (KPIs). In this way, you can see where objectives are not being met, identify new potential savings, and fine-tune your expense policy accordingly.
The Expense Reports and Expenses tabs each provide a set of customisable report templates. These analytic tools enable you to find the answers to questions about expense claims in your company, and to analyse and visualise the breakdown of your company’s expenses by type (air, rail, lodging and rental cars). You can conduct analysis over time and at the organisational level of your choice.
