Overview

Graphical indication of adoption rate and policy compliance rate as a percentage of total trip reservations, and on-contract air reservations (where airlines supply flights at agreed rates) as a percentage of total spend. Numeric indication of reservation volumes in total and by service type, top 5 air spends by city pair and top 5 hotel spends by destination.

Management

For a selected quarter: Comparison of spend-versus-budget data with same quarter in previous year, and with current year to date. Graphical indication of adoption rate and policy compliance rate as a percentage of total trip reservations. Numeric indication of reservation volumes in total and by service type.

Policy Compliance

For a selected time period (month, quarter or year): Graphical indications of policy compliance rate as percentage of total trip reservations and of total spend. Numeric indications of actual percentage, targeted percentage and spread (the difference between actual and targeted) for these compliance rates. Clickable link to detailed policy compliance report.
