After you submit a request to the travel agency, you are notified by email when the agency sends a travel proposal.
You can also check the status of the request on the My Trips tab by selecting the Plans category. The status of each request is shown, as in this example:
The meaning of each status is shown in the following table.
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
Travel request submitted to the agency - Pending for proposal submission |
The request has not yet been processed by the agency. |
Booked offline - Proposal(s) pending for review |
Trip has been booked offline by the agency and is ready for you to accept or reject it. |
Booked offline - Proposal accepted |
Trip was requested online, booked offline by the agency and accepted online. |
