Choosing 'Select and reserve'

Use this option if you don’t need any additional services and you are ready to book. When you choose Select and reserve on a search result, you begin the booking process for that item - continue from Booking a Trip.

Other items (for example, those in a list on the My Selection tab) are not affected, so if you want to start the booking process for all your items at the same time, you need to use Add to my selection instead of Select and reserve.

If you choose Select and reserve on a search result that shows as being out-of-policy, you may be required to choose a policy exception code to continue, or you may have to choose a different search result.

Choosing Reserve, Select and reserve or Complete this reservation does not necessarily mean that a reservation is guaranteed for the service immediately. Many company settings include a process for approval (for example, by a line manager or supervisor), in which case the service must be approved by the date indicated, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. (This does not apply in the case of bookings with certain low-cost carriers where tickets are issued immediately upon reservation.)
