Sometimes you might need to change all or part of a planned trip, or even cancel the trip completely. You can do so in the Travel tool, though the procedure varies depending on what stage the booking has reached.
Changes or cancellations may incur a penalty, depending on the policy of the carrier or service provider. You can view the modification or cancellation policy details in the Travel tool. Tickets may not be refundable or you may be charged a fee by the airline or train company. If tickets have been issued, you may not be able to cancel your trip online. In this case, contact your company’s travel agent.

Checking the Trip Status
If you are not sure whether your trip has been approved, check its status by clicking the My Trips tab in the top navigation bar, with the Plans (n) category selected, locating the trip in the list.
The status is shown near the top of the display, and is one of:

Changing a Trip
If you need to change one or more parts of a planned trip, the procedure depends on whether the trip has been approved.
Trip Not Yet Approved
A trip request is not sent for approval until you have clicked the Complete this reservation button on the Reserve screen (see Booking a Trip). When the trip is approved, you receive a notification to that effect.
If your trip has not yet been approved, proceed as follows:

Click the My Trips tab in the top navigation bar.

Click the trip name (at the top of the panel containing the trip summary). Doing so opens the trip in the My Selection tab.

To change an item in the trip:

Locate the item in the list.

Click the Remove button corresponding to the item.

Add a new item from the "Add a new product" options.

To add an item to the trip, use the "Add a new product" options.

To delete an item from the trip:

Locate the item in the list.

Click the Remove button corresponding to the item.

Trip Already Approved
If the trip has already been approved, contact your company’s travel agency, who may be able to make changes for you. You may need to get the trip re-approved (for example, if the changes mean that the trip is no longer compliant with your company’s travel policy).
Cancelling a Trip
To cancel a planned trip completely, whether it has been approved or not:

Click the My Trips tab in the top navigation bar.

At the bottom of the panel containing the trip summary, click Delete this trip.

If you have not yet viewed the details of the cancellation penalties:

Click Cancel to return to the My Trips tab.

Click the trip name to see the full details of the trip in the My Selections tab.

For each item in the list, check the refund or cancellation policy.

Return to the My Trips tab and click Delete this trip again.

If you are sure you want to cancel the trip, click OK.
