Entering a Form of Identification

When you click the + sign next to the "Identification for name" field on the Reserve screen, you see a form where you choose the form of identification you want to use at check-in or for ticket retrieval.

Choose one of the available options. Note that not all of these may be acceptable forms of identification in every case.
