You can add as many services as you like to the request by selecting the relevant options at the bottom of the My trip request screen:

Adding Flights
The display initially shows fields for two flights, but you can include up to 10 flights in a single request by clicking Add a flight at the bottom of the form.
For each flight, you need to specify the departure and arrival dates and preferred times.
To see additional options for a flight request, click the View link next to Search options at the end of the flight’s section on the screen. Doing so enables you to limit the proposals by one or more of:

cabin class
-
preferred carrier
-
specific flight number
-
itinerary (non-stop or otherwise)
Under Additional information, you can optionally send the travel agency a message about the request.
Adding Trains
The display initially shows fields for two train journeys, but you can include up to 10 journeys in a single request by clicking Add a train at the bottom of the form.
Depending on your company settings, you may be able to specify an age band (for example, youth, adult or senior) to obtain concessionary fares if available.
To see additional options for a train journey, click the View link next to Search options at the end of the train’s section on the screen. Doing so enables you to limit the proposals by one or more of:

coach class
-
specific train number
-
itinerary (direct train or otherwise)
Under Additional information, you may also be able to specify details of a travel pass that you hold, and you can optionally send the travel agency a message about the request.
Adding Hotels
You can request a hotel by:

selecting a city from the list
-
typing the city name in the search box, clicking
, selecting from the list and clicking Save -
typing a street address, city and postal code and selecting the country
To see additional options for hotels, click the View link next to Search options at the end of the hotel section on the screen. Doing so enables you to limit the proposals by one or more of:

hotel name
-
location, which can be one of:

Airport: hotel near your destination airport
-
City centre: hotel near the centre of your specified city
-
Vicinity: hotel in the wider vicinity of your specified city

-
hotel chain or group (select from the list)
Under Additional information, you can optionally send the travel agency a message about the request.
Adding Rental Cars
You can request a rental car by specifying the rental agency pick-up and drop-off locations and dates.
For the locations, you can either choose from the list, or type a city name in the search field and click , select the city from the list and click Save. Having selected the city, you can also specify the rental agency location to be one of:

Airport: agency near your destination airport

Train station: agency near a train station
-
City centre: agency near the centre of your specified city
-
Vicinity: agency in the wider vicinity of your specified city
To see additional options for rental cars, click the View link next to Search options at the end of the car section on the screen. Doing so enables you to limit the proposals by one or more of:

Category/Type: the size of car to search for, from A (economy) to Z (full-size SUV)

Car rental: a specific rental agency
Under Additional information, you can optionally send the travel agency a message about the request.
Adding Visa Requests
If you are travelling to a country that requires a visa for entry, you can request the travel agency to arrange this for you.
You need to specify your:

first and last names
-
date of birth
-
nationality
-
phone number
-
passport number and expiry date
-
destination country
-
type of visa required (e.g. business, tourist, transit)
-
processing period (usual or rush)
-
number of entries (if the visa restricts the number of permitted visits to the country, specify the number of times you need to enter the country with this visa)
-
date of first arrival in the country
-
date of exit from the country
-
delivery address for the visa
Under Additional information, you can optionally send the travel agency a message about the request.
