When you click Add to my selection on a service request, the Plan a Trip tab is displayed with the details of your request.
The label indicates that this is an offline request, that is, one for which the services will be booked outside of your company’s Travel system.
You can add more services by clicking the icons at the bottom of the screen.
When you’ve specified all the services you want, click Confirm my trip request.
If you want to return to a previous screen to amend the service request, do not click your browser’s Back button, otherwise your request details may be lost. Instead, use the < Previous link at the top of the screen.
