Using the administration tool, systems administrators can:

set the travel status for a country (green, orange, red)
rate the level of risk associated with travel on a scale of 1 to 5:
- by destination (city, country, or region)
- globally
- by type of risk (geopolitical, health and environmental)
use the travel risk ratings to automatically inform travel bookers and travellers about risk levels when planning and booking a trip
create and publish custom messages in the search results to inform travel bookers and travellers about risks and procedures associated with a specific destination, and to refer them to a specified information source
reflect the corporate travel ban policy by blocking online bookings to destinations with a travel status set to red
cause a security department or other interested parties to receive an email notification when a booking is made to a destination with orange or red travel status
set up specific pre-trip approval workflows based on travel status (green, orange and red)
