Depending on whether your journey includes a flight or a train journey, the Ticketing and delivery information section of the Reserve screen gives you various options for specifying what type of ticket you would like, and how you would like to receive it.
Flights
For a flight, you need to specify the date by which you require your e-ticket. You may also need to specify the form of identification you will use for check-in. See Entering a Form of Identification.
Trains
For a train journey, you may see options to:

receive an e-ticket by email

print an online ticket

collect a paper ticket from various possible locations
