With the Travel tool, you can plan and book a trip for more than one person at the same time. These can include colleagues in your company and guest travellers.
If your company settings include this feature for your account, you see the Select travellers panel at the top of the Home and Plan a Trip tabs:
Adding Travellers to a Trip
Click the panel to display a screen with your name already selected, and where you can add travellers to the trip that you are planning:
The List of travellers column on the left of the screen lists the names of those you can add. Click a name to highlight it (or use Shift-click or Ctrl-click to highlight more than one name), then click add to the selection to move the name to the Selected traveller(s) column on the right.
If you have booking rights for a large number of travellers, you see a text field where you can search for a traveller by name.
To remove a name from the Selected traveller(s) column, highlight the name and click remove from the selection to move it back to the List of travellers column.
Click save my selection to return to the search screen, which now shows the names of all the travellers selected for the trip.
You can then continue in the same way as for planning a trip for one person - see Planning a Trip.
It may happen that an arranger creates a multi-traveller trip for which the list of selected travellers contains someone who has not accepted the mandatory terms and conditions.
In this case, when the arranger tries to close the traveller selection screen, they receive a message informing them which travellers cannot yet be booked for, as in the following example:
The arranger must then remove those travellers from the list before the booking process can proceed.
