Expense

Tentative Production Date: W27 2020

• When searching for a location to create an expense, users were required to enter an exact address or just a city name. Entering a company name did not return any suggestion.

  The location search has been enhanced to include all location types, including establishment names.

  For example, to enter the Traveldoo address:

  • Previously, users had to enter the exact address. Entering "Traveldoo" in the search field did not give any suggestion.
  • Now, users can just enter the establishment name "Traveldoo" and the address will be suggested.

Import

Tentative Production Date: TBD

• A  "Bank statement" tab has been added to the Interface Monitoring module. The bank statement interface is used by the Expense module only for travelers using corporate cards.

  Previously, bank statement imports were listed only via the Transactions Management tab of the Expense module. In addition: 

  • Files with missing data, or with a corrupted format, were not listed.
  • Filenames were not listed.

  Now this interface can be monitored in the same way as others in a single module dedicated to monitoring all the different files that can be imported into Traveldoo, with the following features:

  • Possibility to filter by period
  • Display of filenames
  • Option to manually download an import report

Travel

• The approval workflow is now correctly applied when configured through hidden custom fields.

Travel Mobile

• The Travel mobile app for Android now has a screen for entering user profile details.
