Expense Mobile

Production Date: July 16th

• When creating an expense report from a trip via the Expense mobile app (iOS), users can see any associated custom fields.

Production Date: July 17th

• When creating an expense report from a trip via the Expense mobile app (Android), users can see any associated custom fields.
• Fixed a bug on location searches: application used to crash for certain locations when adding an expense.

Import

Production Date: July 15th

• A new option has been added to the Interface Monitoring web page to allow research by filenames.

  This new option is enabled for all kinds of monitoring: Profiles / Custom Fields / Invoices & Bank statements.

Travel

Production Date: July 15th

• Fixed incorrect behavior in approval workflow.
• Fixed the issue where booking was confirmed even without completing mandatory custom fields.

Expense

Tentative Production Date: August 3rd

• Previously, expense reports created from Mission Orders were showing the trip destination as the trip purpose. This has now been corrected.

• We updated the email notification sent to Approvers to highlight the two possible options:

  • Approve the expense reports

  • Login to Traveldoo Application to review the expense report.

  

  This update will now be visible on STAGING environment and will be visible to all users on Production starting from 03/08/2020.

Expense Mobile

Tentative Production Date: TBD

• We are updating the Traveldoo iOS app with new colors:

  • Using latest UI standards for a more intuitive navigation.
  • Changing the old Green color to the Traveldoo blue aligning with the Traveldoo chart.

Travel

Tentative Production Date: Week 30

• All conditional custom fields set up as mandatory are now checked at the time of booking.
• For Travel, it is now possible to select any available value on conditional custom fields.
• Fixed the issue where the mandatory custom field "cost centre" was acting as optional during booking.

Travel Mobile

Tentative Production Date: Week 31

• The Travel mobile app for Android now has a screen for entering user profile details.
