Expense

Production Date: July 23rd

• Previously, expense reports created from Mission Orders were showing the trip destination as the trip purpose. This has now been corrected.

Travel

Production Date: July 21st

• Fixed the issue where the mandatory custom field "cost centre" was acting as optional during booking.
• For Travel, it is now possible to select any available value on conditional custom fields.
• All conditional custom fields set up as mandatory are now checked at the time of booking.

Expense

Tentative Production Date: Week 31

• When a user creates a split expense (split hotel, card expense ...) they should not be able to modify the location as soon as they have created the first child expense. This new behaviour will mirror the behaviour of the VAT field that is already blocked at first child expense creation.

Tentative Production Date: August 3rd

• We updated the email notification sent to Approvers to highlight the two possible options:
  • Approve the expense reports
  • Log in to the Traveldoo application to review the expense report

  This update will now be visible on TEST environment and will be visible to all users on Production starting from 03/08/2020.

  N.B: all emails generated after the approval done on the disconnected version of our tool will use the old template.

  

Expense Mobile

Tentative Production Date: Week 31

• We are updating the Traveldoo iOS app with new colors:

  • Using latest UI standards for a more intuitive navigation.
  • Changing the old green color to Traveldoo blue, aligning with the Traveldoo chart.

  • Using latest UI standards for a more intuitive navigation.

Travel

Tentative Production Date: Week 31

• Previously, custom fields configured for display only for guest travellers were shown for everyone on a multi-traveller trip. This has now been corrected so that those fields are displayed only for guests.
• Fixed the issue where custom fields on the search form disappear when multiple travellers are added.
• Custom field values are now prepopulated from the trip data.

Travel Mobile

Tentative Production Date: Week 31

• The Travel mobile app for Android now has a screen for entering user profile details.
• The Travel mobile app for Android can now support Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication.
