Expense

- A "self approval" option exists and is configurable in the workflow, preventing self approval for an expense report. However, this option previously did not prevent a delegate from submitting an expense report and approving it if it belonged to another user - it only prevented end users from approving their own reports.
It is now possible to prevent this use case, so that a delegate will not be able to submit and approve the same expense report.
This option is configurable on the administration site via Org > Workflow properties settings > checkbox "Allow a delegate who submits an expense report for another user to approve it".

- Fixes an issue for approvers who were not receiving approval reminder e-mails.

- Audit: In order to make Custom Field audit trail extract clearer, changes on values will not be extracted anymore.
- Fixes an issue where organizations were no longer ordered alphabetically by name in the administration site search fields.
Import

- On the Transaction Manager tab, the feature to manually import unencrypted bank statements has been removed for security and compliance reasons. This feature was not greatly used because there are specific interfaces to import those files automatically in a secure way.
We are currently working on the Transaction Manager tab to improve the user experience.
