Authentication

Production Date: April 15th

• We have enabled redundancy capacities for our login module (both for password login and SSO login). We are now running multiple servers for login which will prevent unavailabilities that we had in the past.

Expense

Production Date: April 14th

• Monitoring enhancements for the Expense product/feature.
• Security enhancements for the Expense product/feature following the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) recommendations.
• Correction to German translation in email notifications for Expense recall.

Extraction

Production Date: April 12th

• Perdiem extraction: Fixes a bug where perdiem claims reimbursed during the data extraction process were ignored by perdiem extraction.

Import

Production Date: April 12th

• On the Transaction Manager tab, the feature to manually import unencrypted bank statements has been removed for security and compliance reasons. This feature was not greatly used because there are specific interfaces to import those files automatically in a secure way.

  We are currently working on the Transaction Manager tab to improve the user experience.

Administration

• Audit: In order to make Custom Field audit trail extract clearer, changes on values will not be extracted anymore.

Expense Mobile

Tentative Production Date: TBD

• As a Mobile Approver, a wrong redirection occurred when trying to approve or send back an Expense Report. This is now fixed.
