Extraction

• Expense data extraction includes an ATTACHED_RECEIPT column indicating whether a receipt was attached to an expense line. In some cases this data always showed 0 (no receipt) even if one was attached. This has now been corrected.

• Code enhancements to improve the performance of the Import product, especially for the management of big files.

Travel

• Fixes an error that occurred when attempting to view the booking history from My Trips in the following situation:
  Login as arranger -> select History -> All travel plans -> All Guests -> provide full name
