• Code enhancements to improve the database performance of the Expense product.

• Fixed an issue where Profile Custom Field expired values were preventing users from creating an expense report.

• When creating an expense report from a trip in certain cases, an empty one was created and trip-expenses were not added to the expense report. This is now fixed.
